2019
In recent months, Recreation PEI has joined their fellow recreation associations in endorsing the RFAM application. This collaboration is a clear sign that RFAM is needed to help organize, structure and maintain asset data, thereby improving the safety and longevity of parks and facilities.
RFAM’s growth and success is attributed to a strong partnership model which facilitates the development and deployment of web based municipal solutions. These strong partnerships have attributed to RFAM’s superb reputation.

RFAM was accepted and adopted by Recreation Facility Association of British Columbia (RFABC) Ontario Trails Council (OTC). Their goal is to develop a well-rounded parks and recreation solution that will be available to all municipalities through the appropriate channels.
Marmak continues to reach out to consulting, engineering and refrigeration firms. Marmak, in partnership with these organizations, is currently working to make RFAM available at all of the facilities they service, which will culminate in a national standard.
A number of provincial associations such as ORFA, OGRA and OTC (Ontario), RFABC (British Columbia), AARFP (Alberta), and RFANS (Nova Scotia) have partnered together with Marmak to promote RFAM. Their goal is to aid recreation staff in their management of appropriate assets.
