Inventory
The Inventory module stores detailed attributes associated to individual assets. Users can capture as much detailed inventory as desired associated to each Facility and Open Space under their jurisdiction. Each asset listing can capture a variety of information from the physical location to the more specific details such as make, model and serial number of any item. The inventory module is a valuable resource to all municipal staff as the information regarding their assets is organized, stored and accessed in one common interface. The user can progressively capture additional detailed attributes associated to Location, Map, Attachments, Geometry, Inventory, and Conditions.

Inspections
The Inspections module offers an automated process to facilitate the creation of routine inspection. Managers are able to create custom inspections, assign them to staff, view the status and history of an inspection, and generate a work order to correct a failed inspection.
Staff are electronically notified of assigned inspections. By logging into the RFAM staff can electronically update status of various inspection components, view the history, add notes and images that were attached to the inspection.
Staff can view which aspects of an inspection have passed or failed and any associated work orders that have been created.
Reports can be generated that reflect inspection status broken down by inspector, facility or inspection. These reports can be exported to a variety of file types such as PDF and Excel.
The Map feature plots physical location of staff when the inspection was completed along with the inspection status of passed or failed. Specific details are associated to each pin on the map for quick reference. For more detailed information, the associated inspection link will display the actual inspection and any associated notes or images.

Orders
The Work Order module, helps management staff to create and validate both Level of Service (LoS) as well as Key Performance Indexes (KPI). as empowers staff to seamlessly receive service requests and generate a work order. Work Orders can be used as a astand alone or as part of the inspection process.
Authorized staff can seamlessly receive incoming requests from staff or customers and assign the case to the appropriate staff member and automatically create work orders.
Linked to the RFAM Inventory, the service request input form is automatically populated with appropriate inventory information while enabling staff to input any additional details.
The Work order dashboard assists managers in understanding aggregate performance of the department and various KPIs. The dashboard offers management the visual representation of any given year, with respect to most complaints, the average number of complaints, monthly logged requests, including most serviced facilities, and the current status of work orders.
ComTrack offers a number of reports which include; Work Order Case Report and Chart Report for Case Count. Reports can be exported into a number of formats such as PDF, Excel and ASCII. These reports demonstrate current and past trends which assist management teams to make educated forecasts.
Managers can forecast their needs, budget for additional resources or equipment, and equip staff with any necessary maintenance training.

This SmartCast module is a convenient place for qualified professionals to regularly review and update the financial and risk conditions associated to a specific capital asset.
The SmartCast module is directly linked to the inventory module for increased continuity, and offers access to lifecycle details, financial forecasting and associated levels of Risk.

Efficiency
The Efficiency module provides users with live sensors Internet of Things (IoT) to track the efficiencies and performance of assets. Active tracking and diagnosis of assets will help prolong the life of an asset.
Wireless sensors capture temperature, humidity and open contacts. The current and historical data captured assists in determining a performance baseline and provides staff with the necessary tools to identify when an asset is under performing and action needs to be taken.
IoT sensors can be programmed and used in a variety of settings to track a number of different functions in and around a facility or park.

Warehouse
The Warehouse module helps staff members coordinate supply inventory and shipment. This module serves as a central location for all authorized staff members to create and view supply orders for their own respective facility. The Warehouse helps the organization be more efficient with the inventory of supplies necessary for their various facilities. This system aids users in maintaining sufficient stock levels both at the various facilities and at the central ‘warehouse’ hub. This module helps staff organize, plan and maintain another facet of their daily routine.
