The Work Order module, helps management staff to create and validate both Level of Service (LoS) as well as Key Performance Indexes (KPI). as empowers staff to seamlessly receive service requests and generate a work order. Work Orders can be used as a stand alone or as part of the inspection process.
Authorized staff can seamlessly receive incoming requests from staff or customers and assign the case to the appropriate staff member and automatically create work orders.
Linked to the RFAM Inventory, the service request input form is automatically populated with appropriate inventory information while enabling staff to input any additional details.
The Work order dashboard assists managers in understanding aggregate performance of the department and various KPIs. The dashboard offers management the visual representation of any given year, with respect to most complaints, the average number of complaints, monthly logged requests, including most serviced facilities, and the current status of work orders.
ComTrack offers a number of reports which include; Work Order Case Report and Chart Report for Case Count. Reports can be exported into a number of formats such as PDF, Excel and ASCII. These reports demonstrate current and past trends which assist management teams to make educated forecasts.
Managers can forecast their needs, budget for additional resources or equipment, and equip staff with any necessary maintenance training.
